Shipping
We ship some items worldwide and some only in Europe.
All orders will be processed in 2 to 10 working days. We give our best to pack your order as soon as possible. Most of orders will arrive within 10 business days. Counting from the date when the order is dispatched (not from the time when you placed the order). We advice you to wait up to 30 days for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order is complete. Sometimes it might not be possible to pack and send them right away. We ask for your understanding. Delivery of completed orders will be made on our carefully selected courier companies or any other delivery services at the discretion of Leon Keer Shop.
Leon Keer Shop is not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control.
Shipping costs
The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost depending on the weight and destination of the products purchased.
Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
Payment
All payments are taken in EUR (€), Paypal or Credit card are the available methods and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Deliveries
As they officially have to deliver the package to you personally, if you miss the delivery and they leave a note on your door for another attempt, you need to contact the courier to see with them, as is difficult for us to contact them (especially if you’re in another country).

Returns
If, for whatever reason, the customer is dissatisfied with a product bought directly from Leon Keer Shop, the purchase may be exchanged or returned. Specially produced items are however not eligible for return.
To return or exchange an item, please email us with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return. The customer must inform Leon Keer Shop within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days. All shipping costs, duties and taxes have to be paid by sender.
All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, a full refund will be made – the shipping costs are not refundable– within 30 days.
Damaged items
If any item arrives in a less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately at info@leonkeer.com. We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
The customer should only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear. If the customer decides to accept visibly damaged items, this should be noted on the delivery form next to their signature. If product is found to have been affected, the customer must email us immediately, attaching pictures of both the packaging and its contents. All the original packaging must also be retained.
The customer must inform Leon Keer Shop within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days.
