The 16th Gwangju International Art Fair (Art Gwangju) is the largest art fair in the Honam region where visitors can experience a wide range of domestic and international artworks all in one place. Held annually in the art-centric city of Gwangju, this event has long served as a platform for artistic exchange through diverse exhibitions.

From this year, the fair has been rebranded under the new title “Gwangju International Art Fair Art Gwangju,” omitting the edition number. This change reflects the vision of evolving from a local event in the “Asian cultural and artistic hub” of Gwangju into a major art fair at the center of Asia.

Art Gwangju is not only an art market but also a festival where artists, gallerists, collectors, and citizens come together. With a wide range of curated exhibitions and side programs, it will once again grow as a platform that allows for deeper engagement with the arts.
